| wow. its been awhile. schools great, my grades arent and someone please pray that the spiders in my room disappear! in the past few weeks..im beginning to notice whats really missing, not in my life, but church as a whole. it didnt hit me until i was singing a song during worship, "not to us, but to your name be the glory" everyone blames other people for making church everything other than God. we all come to church for a reason, but no one seems to go to better their relationship with God, they go to better their relations with eachother. we glorify ourselves so much. whether its but leading worship, playing football, teaching, being a leader, etc. when we do good, we pat ourselves in the back. i wont lie, cause i do it myself, but i think if we want to better our kids, youth and college groups, glorify Him, not yourself. |
